We bake our bread, pastries and cakes every day here in the café, where we use organic, stone-ground Danish flour from Kornby Mill. Our bread and pastries are kneaded and shaped by hand and long-leavened with sourdough and variations of whole grains and old grains, to maximize flavor, nutritional content and shelf life. It can all be eaten here in the café or bought at home.
