The idea behind Ravelinen is to create Copenhagen's most honest Danish restaurant. Ravelinen is Danish lunch and dinner cuisine at its best! The food is made with care from fresh ingredients from scratch. If possible, the raw materials are of course Danish and we are very aware of the seasons. No corner cutting!. We are not doing anything new - but we are just doing it right.
